When I was a competitive athlete some days I felt tired, sore, and struggled to perform better than my best. I thought I just had "off days".

As a coach I have seen my athletes & clients experience those days as well.

Nutrition & recovery practices play a large role in the way our bodies perform on the field and recover after. I wish I had someone then to teach me how to implement healthy strategies to help my game. I hope to be that guidance for you!
