Welcome Athletes!
When I was a competitive athlete some days I felt tired, sore, and struggled to perform better than my best. I thought I just had "off days". I didn’t know that my nutrition, or lack thereof, was a contributing factor to those off days.
As a club lacrosse coach I saw my athletes experience those days off days as well.
Working with athletes in the nutrition space, I hear the same struggles and work with them to turn the off days into their best days!
Nutrition practices play a large role in the way our bodies perform on the field and recover after. These skills should be practiced daily, just like your sport. I wish I had someone then to teach me how to implement healthy strategies to help my game. I hope to be that guidance for you!
